Help me /ck/, i want to make Eggs Benedict but i can't find english muffins where i live and i'm real bad at baking. What is an acceptable substitute that i can use?

Kerbey lane on Guad has the most disgusting pancakes I've ever had. They're so fucking dense and lifeless that they'd be better used as roof shingling than as pancakes. Whoever thinks kerbey lane serves good food has no fucking taste. It's just as bad as all the other eateries on the drag.

I've had at least 3 dishes there before because of stupid friends with no taste in food.

1. Cochinita pibil- don't even try to pass off this dry, fatless, under spiced, floss for the fatty juicy pibil you can get from any actual mexican food stall.
2. shepherd's pie- literally ground meat, peas and carrots. The gravy was thin and tasted of grease. The potatoes were clearly reconstituted and not BROWNED AT ALL
3. eggs benedict- hollandaise was oversalted and clearly not fresh. No lemony tartness anywhere. Egg was overcooked.

I hope kerbey lane goes out of business like every restaurant on guadalupe eventually does. Eventually it'll all be urban outfitter's and smoke shops.
