what does it mean?

Is it just a smoothie? Is it made with milk? I can't see milk and watermelon going together well

it doesn't make any sense, though. why would you pair up milk and watermelon? Cook out is pretty thoroughly southern, they could just be calling it a milkshake regardless of it's actual contents

Is this an American restaurant/chain? These prices are insane my god. This is Australian or maybe even Canadian right

Either way I'd max the fuck out on this menu boys

Spicy chicken sandwich tray add pickles with a huge tea to drink and a corn dog and a spicy chicken wrap for sides with an order of large cajun fries. Hook me up with some barbeque sauce too. Runs exactly 7.23 in my neck of the woods.

Mostly in NC, a few more in surrounding states. The food is glorious and the milkshakes even more so. They're too thick to drink through a straw.

Just got one in my small TN town. It was literally full parking lot and line of cars out to the highway with police officers directing traffic in and out for a solid week. Then it still remains full to this day. The price to quality ratio is ridiculous.

Barbecue plate with the slaw on the side, and a blueberry milkshake.

Cookout isn't super great by the way, but it's cheap as fuck and they stay busy so everything's nice and fresh. There's a local place with comparable prices and quality that I'd rather go to, though.

It's a really think milkshake. And yes, the Watermelon is really good actually. I highly recommend it if you have a Cookout close.
