Hey /ck/,

Just a bit of blogging as a lead-in: I have to work on the 4th of July. I work as a manager at a fast food restaurant, so I know business is going to be very slow. I've decided to turn the evening into a deep fryer party, since I'm there with a few good guys and we have a bunch of time to kill, with access to an industrial fryer. Therefore, I'm looking for suggestions of the best things to fry up, without TOO much prep required. Definitely doing some candy bars, of which I wanted to include snickers, twix, and 3-musketeers. Beyond that, Im not really sure what to fry, so I'm open to suggestions of all sorts.

Recently deep fried a couple couples of frozen White Castle burgers.

Par-microwaved first, then dipped in not-good-for-you bubbly batter before the deep fry.

Had it on the balcony with some scotch on the first nice day outside wherever the fuck I am, and have been on a diet since (aside from booze - I still drink lot's, and lot's of booze).

There's aspects I like. I work mostly whatever hours I want, nobody tells me what to do, and I can be as high as I please at work. That said, it probably says something that I want to smoke up every time I go to work.

I'm thinking of doing a double-fried chalupa thing. Fry the flatbread, make a chalupa out of it, then batter and fry it again. I'm not sure if this would work at all, but I'm hoping to do something like it.
