So I'm thinking

>3 half cups of white rice
>frozen cut green beans
>3 eggs
>combine in sauce pan for based fried rice?

What do you bros think?

I might do less rice because then I could do more eggs.

Good plan/bad plan?

Replace green beans with broccoli
Add onions
Add scallions
Make sure you start a base stir fry of all veg ingredients before throwing in rice
Eggs last

I did chopped zucchini and carrots for mine tonight. A tablespoon of gochujang, same of sesame oil, teaspoon ish of soy sauce, mix that and pour over the rice as you're cooking, get a nice sweet spicy as well. I like to add that fish cake tubes chopped up too.

The sesame oil is crucial tho

mix low sodium soy sauce with hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, chicken broth, sesame oil and a table spoon of cornstarch this is my base i make variations depending on mood like chili flakes or sauce, pineapples, sugar, ginger, brown sugar, rice wine vinegar, and garlic.

obviously different combinations give different flavors experiment you can also use this for stir fry.

3 eggs fry 10 seconds on high heat moving vigorously take out and move to separate plate

Heat pan steaming hot add a 3 TBS of oil 1 add 1 onion chopped,3 diced heads of garlic, scallions and 3 julienne or diced carrots and 1 blanched broccoli all the heads.

stir fry that ish until nice and delicious take out of pan onto a separate plate

i use butter for my rice you can use oil but the guy i learned from used butter.

1 tbs of butter on high heat along with rice right after if you are too slow butter will burn mix really quick for about 30 seconds add your veg and egg add a pinch of MSG,toss twice then add your sauce and re toss until fully coated.

Make sure your pan is hot between steps if you don't have a wok. I primarily experimented with a stainless steel pan before i got a wok and its very important your pan is steaming hot at each cooking session.

refrigerate your rice for at least 3 days before frying. The moisture sucks out and makes it not a fucking glopy goop once done cooking.
