What do you think about condensed milk + whipped cream "icecream"?
I just did it and it doesn't really taste like icecream, it's pretty good tho.

Just add some shit into your condensed milk, melted chocolate, banana, vanilla...just what do you want. Let it cool if needed. Then whisk your cream until it's whipped and add one half of it into the condensed milk base, whisk it.
Than add the rest and fold it all over with a spatula, put it in a box with a lid, freeze the motherfucker over night.

Yeah and do it 1 whipping cream on 1/2 condensed milk, I did it in equal ratio...maybe that was the error.

Soft serve or nothing.
I just don't know if I can store it in the freezer like ice cream or if it will harden in the freezer.
