I really, really, really, like Spam.

I enjoy grilling it, deep frying it, shredding it onto salads, slicing it into sandwhiches etc. I've even made chicken nuggets out of it. As far as I'm concerned it's the ultimate meat product especially because it stores for so long.

Anyone else feel similar?

I love it too, but mostly because I'm a bit of a prepper myself and appreciate things like convenience of storage, high nutritional density and long shelf-life.
It's good eating though.

The thought of a gelatinous cube of meat in a can grosses me out more than the taste of Spam. Get past that and pan fried, crispy Spam is a poor man's steak dinner.
