Why the hell do people like it so much?
Ok, i'll say its fine on its own once in a while but it taste is so strong it block out anything else its cooked with and turns it into BACON GREASE
The only thing I can take it with is collards because the collards are so dank it actually matches the bacon's flavor in strength.
