Basically it's chocolate, cherry, and pistachio, and one or some of the layers contain candied fruits and pistachios. I don't know if it's popular outside of areas with tons of italians though.

I think the worst is any chocolate chip or similar mix-in where the chunks are too large and too hard when cold.

There's also something about some chocolate ice creams that I don't like. It's too rich and sweet and stops tasting like chocolate. Mixing chocolate with vanilla or strawberry is great though.
