So lets say I go to a midwestern restaurant and order a big plate of food from a place with trucker sized portions.
How many calories (general range) am I looking at?
Over a thousand?
Over two thousand?

Thats kinda my point.
There seems like no way of telling how many calories you just ate, even ballpark range.
I often eat meals and cant even guess how many calories I just ate.

The least you could do is provide us with a picture reference or something. As it is the thread is pointless.

Ok , yesterday I went to a mexican place and had two stuffed sopapillas .
They were filled with ground beef and pinto beans then smothered in green chile sauce that also had ground beef.
This was topped with a huge amount of guac on one side and sour cream on the other.

Best part?
The two stuffed sopapilla dish comes with a sopapilla on the side served with honey butter.
All three sopas were about 9 inches long and 4 inches wide.

being active does not really give you that much extra.
1/2 on a treadmill does not even buy you a soda.

>eat enough food to gain weight
>lift weights that get progressively heavier
That's all you need to do.
>>6599445
Maintaining mass once you're at a respectable weight means you'll need a whole lot more than 2000kcal in a day, especially if you're tall as your maintenance will be higher in the first place.
