You mean regular hot dogs? Because every hot dog I've ever had could be microwaved. Maybe it's just because 'merica, but try checking the coming directions on different hot dog packages, a lot of them can be nuked. It's not as good as boiling or baking or broiling or grilling or frying but it takes like 30 seconds or something.

You can't claim it's disgusting if you've never tried it. And you definitely shouldn't tell other people not to eat it.

It's pretty awful, to be honest.

>>6596766
Haven't tried that particular brand, but other vegan cheeses I've tried have been fucking terrible.
Also, about 85% of my meals are vegetarian (I eat meat around three to four times each week and seldom more than that), around half of which are vegan meals. This is because that's just how people eat where I'm from, despite meat being both cheap and readily available. Vegetarian and vegan cookery is a lot more than salad and that meat-alike bullshit that vegetarians/vegans in Germanic-language-speaking countries eat, especially the UK, US and Ausland.

What bothers me most is that vegetarians/vegans always look to the east for dinner ideas when there are fucktonnes of vegetarian and vegan meals from Europe.

>>6596775
Obviously not him, but quite a number. I've yet to find one that's all that good beyond veggie burgers, particularly the ones that don't try to imitate meat. I like those chunky sort of veggie burgers with bits of veg and rice and stuff in them that look like really, really big falafel. Those're tasty.

It's not made up, this is a discussion about vegan products, not dog shit. You've never tried vegan cheese. What basis do you have for your claims? It's vegan? It melts? At the absolute very least, I can make inferences based on my experience of smelling dog shit a few times. But even then, blue cheese smells fucking weird and tastes good. So who knows, and that's my point. I don't even know what your point was. You keep shifting the discussion.

Your other point, that featuring 'it melts' on the packaging is bad. So I told you that other, actual REAL ORIGINAL MERICAN cheese does that too. And you proceeded to nitpick my use of cheese and "cheese". Like, no. That is not the point and I'm sure you're aware of that. You're just running out of bullshit ways to defend your baseless hatred of vegan products and it's really showing now, trying to just end the discussion and calling me an idiot. Really?

1. Vegan pretend food always looks disgusting. See >>6596758 and >>6596766
2. Why would you eat pretend food when you can just eat the real thing?

Literally everything you've argued about since this point has been a figment of your own imagination. Maybe you need more B12 in your diet to boost that old thinker of yours?

>looks disgusting
You should be more specific next time. I didn't know you were just talking about looks. "Why is all Vegan pretend food so disgusting?" is very ambiguous because a lot of eating concerns taste.

I will point out that lots of non-vegan food can look 'digusting' though

>Why would you eat pretend food

Because concepts like real and artificial are becoming more and more meaningless. Provided the taste is identical, why would you not? If you could create bacon without killing a pig, would you kill a pig anyway?

(It might also interest you to know that I'm not actually vegan. Since you keep bringing it up.)

Don't piss on my leg and tell me it's raining: no meat analog tastes, looks, smells, feels or has anything even remotely like meat proper. Tofu dogs are horrible, seitan "cheese"steaks are terrible and scrambled tempeh with black salt is disgusting.
Not him, but lots of it just tastes bad and/or has a horrible texture. I'm perfectly happy eating veggie-and-bean stew, tofu thoke or stir-fried gluten, but you know what? Fuck meat-alike. It's never good.
