I've done this before. Usually have a hamburger and a hot dog at BBQ's. Figured why not?

They know what crowd they're after.

Just when they had turned their image around
From "that cheap fast food place that sells fried chicken thats crappier than KFC, and roast beef thats crappier than Arbys", to an actual dat food burger place worth eating at.

Now they go off and do stuff like this?
bleh

I feel like my local Hardee's is under appreciated. They make a bretty good fast food burger, and get creative with their menu. They're also attached to a Red Burrito.

Weird. They must tie their Carl's jrs to green burritos while they tie their Hardee's to red burritos.

Best tasting fast food burger I've ever eaten.

Former Hardee's shift leader here.

Green Burrito and Red Burrito are a part of CKE (Carl Kerscher Enterprises), along with Hardee's. In the southwest and western portions of the United States, you'll have Green Burrito. East of the Mississippi you tend to find Red Burrito.

The difference is the enchilada sauce. Those in the east tend to prefer a tomato based one, while those in the west tend to prefer a chili-based sauce.

If anyone has any questions, I can do my best to answer them. But luckily, I haven't worked there in two years.

So is the sauce on what we call a red burrito (i.e. the big fuckin enchilada burrito) green when you order it from green burrito?

>> No.6590194

>>6589844
are they ever cross-attached? Like, a Hardees/Green Burrito or a Carls/Red?

>> No.6590196

I've never had a Carls Jr. burger that was warmer than room temperature. Anyone else get cold burgers every time? I tried them maybe 4 times, all different restaurants across the state. I gave up, no thanks. Last time I got a big carl and it was, again, cold and tasted like a mcdonald's play area smells- sweaty feet. bleh.

>> No.6590494

>>6590189
Yes. Completely different sauce.

>>6590194
I...have no clue. Carl's Jr is always out west, and Hardee's are out in the east. Never thought about it, really.

It would be one thing if a place that is well know for having good all beef hot dog did this, but when a place that doesn't normally serve hot dogs does this then I just think why.
