Bird in Shoreditch do pretty decent chicken and waffles. They also sell freshly made doughnuts from their Doughnut Hatch and they are delicious.

if youre near london theres a diner in camden town (called The Diner, originally, it's next to Yo Sushi) that does surprisingly good american food

their spring menu had po boys and chicken + waffles and moko loco plates but when i went there last weekend they'd changed it up to mostly burgers + dogs
still good shit though

The only people who don't like TGI Fridays are people who have never had their Jack Daniels sauce. Its easily the best American chain restaurant.

However without that sauce it is very mediocre. In Dubai they don't serve the sauce and I was really disappointed with my meal.
