Feta Cheese? More like Feta Sneeze. A-choo!

Tastes like boogers. Kind of nice at first.
But then the nasty kicks in. Thanks but Fuck off.

C-, forget about it. Don't purchase, loan from a friend.

This is the second in what will probably be an extremely long series of cheese reviews by OP.

OP began this series by condemning Limburger cheese, even though he is unlikely ever to have sampled any.

Now again we see OPs lack of palette as he bashed on Feta.

Tune in tomorrow as OP continues his journey and in spite of his lactose intolerance reviews mozzarella, claiming it to be bouncy, rubbery and with no descernable flavour what so ever.

If anything my refined pallet gives me the credentials to be actually trace everything that's bad about the stuff I'm bashing. I'M NOT TRYING TO BASH ANYTHING. I come in with a open mind and heart. My next review will probably range in the A minus to plus range. Hint hint: The cheese I will be reviewing for that rhymes with Baby Smell!

Oh its you Edgar. I hadn't noticed at first, or even at second. The two cheeses you've reviewed this far, are nothing so terrible as you would have the uninitiated believe. Each has its place in the kitchen.

Feta is generally made into something as part of a greater recipe. You wouldn't fault a bullion cube or a peppercorn for tasting sharpish would you?

Limburger may well be an aquired taste. But it's a cheese that goes back centuries, to a time when making such a cheese was one of the only ways people had of preserving milk. A true Limburger is a real cheese, natural and funky as as intended.

Once you've gotten through the first part of the list, I'd like to know your opinion on genuine (as opposed to north American fake) Gouda and Edam cheeses. Both of those are intended to be enjoyed on thier own, go well with a grape or two and a glass of dry white wine.

The best part about feta is the longer it sits in your fridge it just tastes more like feta. I've got some 6mo+ feta I'm air to finish off and fresh just didn't taste the same

There are 2 kinds of feta cheese that are commonly found in stores. Soft and hard versions. Soft feta that's creamy and salty at just the right amount is one of the best cheeses in the world.

OK, I like feta, so I'm gonna help this thread get back on track.

1) Boil lentils, then add sautéed bacon cubes.
Arrange lentils on a bed of lettuce.

Oldest type of cheese in the world, eaten by great people in history. Tastes amazing.

Hey OP, u need to buy your feta that's in salt brine, not chain store fag shit. No wonder you ranked it so low. Only faggots with bland taste of some type of sodium problem eat that pussy shit.
Go to your local Greek/Middle Eastern market and get the real feta that comes in its own brine. Slice up some tomatoes and cucumbers, toast up some pita bread and enjoy with a nice cup of tea.
Oh, and stop being a faggot.
