I have been to his grave. His name was Reuben Kulakofsky. I may be wrong on the modern day country of his origin but he "invented" the Reuben. My guess is, he didn't keep kosher or it was intented to make the goys happy. Myself, I prefer just a corned beef or pastrami on rye with yellow mustard.
