Easy one off of the top of my head...
I never named it but it's a drink

3:1 ratio, good cognac:godiva white chocolate liquer. My girlfriend at the time liked it and so did I so win win.
It's fattening as all hell so not an everyday kind of drink.

My most recent development is corn/wheat hybrid pseudotortillas. I say "pseudo" because unlike typical tortillas, these are leavened. It's like a corn tortilla and naan had a baby.
Gave the recipe out a bunch last week. Here it is again:

Maseca, 100g
Bread flour, 100g
Gluten, 40g
Salt, 4-5g
Active dry yeast, 5-6g
Oil, 20ml
Water, 210ml

Whisk/sift together all dry ingredients.
Add oil.
Stir in water.
Knead a bit.
Form a ball.
Put in warm place for an hour.
Separate into five equal-sized balls.
Roll balls flat.
Cook on comal, griddle or frying pan.
Remove and eat.

>cook pasta noodles
>burn yourself while draining them and drop all the noodles in the sink
>pick them out and put them in a bowl, because fuck you, you're hungry
>add cheese to bowl
>cheese doesn't really melt all that well because the noodles aren't hot anymore
>slice your finger open on a can of tuna
>add half a can of bloody tuna
>add some red pesto so the blood isn't as noticable
>grind some black pepper over the whole thing

eat while contemplating suicide

"Created" in that I didn't look up a recipe. Just kinda figured it out through trial and error.
Pork ragut.

>sear pork shoulder in heavy pot lidded, set aside
>lower heat, add some oil if necessary, add mirepoix, garlic, chili flakes
>cook until lightly browned
>deglaze with white wine, reduce liquid
>add can of crushed tomatoes
>add dried basil, oregano, thyme, bay leaf, pepper, salt, seared pork shoulder
>braise in 250F oven for 3~ hours, until pork gets very tender and falls apart
>remove pork from pot, remove excess fat, shred, add back to sauce
>serve over whatever, I use rice

You can substitute the pork for chicken, if you want. Just cook the sauce on its own for a while (an hour or two) before adding the meat back in, and put in the oven for less time.

Coffee punch:

In a large punch bowl
>1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
>1/2 gallon chocolate ice cream
>gallon of milk
>1 cup of sugar
>1/2 cup instant coffee granules (nescafe)
>stir until smooth liquid, serve ice cold

I know it sounds awful, and it is awful for you, but it tastes delicious. Fatass office cows will guzzle that shit at office parties. It's probably like 500 calories in 8 oz. I make it for every pot luck office circle jerk and everyone loves it

Slaw'n'Scramble
-4-6 eggs
-black forest ham steak (cut into strips)
-coarse black pepper
-cabbage
-white wine vinegar
-dill pickles, chopped roughly
-dijon mustard
-1 spoonful honey

Toss the ham with the coarse pepper and set aside. Scramble the eggs how you like them (I use a little cream occasionally, but I'll also throw in some cubed cheese) and add the ham once the eggs start to hold their shape.
Mix the honey and mustard until creamy. Add pickles.
Eviscerate the cabbage with a knife and bathe in the dijon-honey-pickle mixture. Splash it with the white wine vinegar and serve alongside the eggs.

Get a fucktonne of green tomatoes, slice in half then each half into thin half-moons.
Salt the half moons generously, until they feel gritty with salt in your hands and place into a plastic produce bag.
Squeeze out as much air as you can and twist it shut tightly.
Fold the opening end under the weight of the salted tomatoes and let sit until completely submerged in their own humours.
Drain, reserving liquid.
Wash.
Rinse and repeat until they don't taste so salty.
Put in a bowl and toss with sliced garlic, just-cracked peppercorns and dried laurels.
Put a handful at a time, wetting your hands with the tomato juices you reserved from draining the salted tomatoes with each handful, into a jar.
Mix remaining tomato liquid 1:1 with plain water and add to the jar until tomatoes are barely covered. Reserve this liquid in the fridge.
Tie a piece of kitchen paper over the mouth of the jar with an elastic band or some twine and let sit at room temperature for two weeks, checking both on liquid level and relative sourness of the tomatoes during that time. Top off brine as necessary.
When soured enough (or when 14 days have passed) lid the jar and place into the fridge for a month.
Consume as you would sauerkraut.

I also created green tomato kimchi. I enjoy green tomatoes stir-fried in oyster sauce or mushroom sauce with eggs and pork mince and flavoured with ginger, chili and garlic.

Pack of ground turkey like 85/15 or so
cilantro
jalapeno
chipotles in adobo to taste with sauce
salt and pepper

form burgers and grill.

It's great because it's not trying to be your typical burger but something different.

recommend pepperjack cheese and mixing some adobo sauce or chipotle tabasco with mayo.
