A piece of fruit and glass of orange, pineapple, or pineapple orange juice during the week - I do a more substantial lunch but breakfasts aren't really crucial meals for me.

On weekends? Sky's the fuckin limit. Typically go with scrambled eggs, bacon, tater tots (lol hashbrowns get fukt), coffee and either French toast, cinnamon rolls, or some other delicious baked good because fuck yea carb loading. Then I usually don't eat shit for lunch n go HAM on dinner again.
