Yeah, they don't really break unless they hit something pointy at a weird angle. Harder to shatter than you think, but per murphy's law happens when you least expect it.

A time or two we accidentally hit the assholes house and deck early in the morning. He would come outside topless and start cursing a lot. I don't think he ever found any broken glass. The guy was the type to run through the yard and strangle us if he found broken bottles, but he never really addressed the shenanigans. Either he doesn't give a fuck or when properly thrown those 211 bottles don't break when they hit decks, roofing, siding.
