What are some good things to cook with beer? The only things I've cooked with beer so far is chili and pork chops.

I've cooked plenty of things in beer, aswell as marinated many a things.

Cooking: brats, london broil, tri tip, beer can chicken, sloppy joes ive added beer, ribs done in the oven, and some boiled in beer then grilled, pork roasts

Pretty much marinate whatever you want in it, grilling after is best.

Marinating: London broil, tri tip(whole and cut into slices), chicken legs thighs and breasts, asada both the very thin and the thicker cut

I don't drink beer, never liked the tastes, however I love cooking with it, gives food a great flavor.
