I made chicken tacos. Not fancy ones either. Corn tortilla, browned chicken thighs, cilantro, onion, sauce. Pretty simple, but nice.

And before you piss all over yourselves, I made these using a 2000 watt power inverter, a george foreman grill, a pocket knife and a paper plate in the sleeper of my transport truck.

I got the carnitas meat from WinCo, it's surprisingly tasty, i just stuck it in the slow cooker for 4 hours. I was too lazy to make salsa so I made guacamole, fried up some corn tortillas and went to town. Also Margaritas on the rocks with shitty cuervo gold. Just staying in with the love and watching HBOGO that we're not paying for.

I had an energy drink and a cup of instant ramen because I was studying for my finals. I suspect I will have a similar day today, and tomorrow. But not the day after because that's the test day and I might hang myself afterwards if I fail.
But hey, they have chourico tacos tonight at the cafeteria so maybe life is worth living.
