Rule 1 of Food Club: DO NOT TALK ABOUT IT

I'm startng a food club wherein everyone is assigned one dish to make before the end of the week and post result in thread and discuss the joys of assembling the assigned entree. :) It would help if you join to use a nametag to standout from the rest of our members. This is just the sign up thread and possible entries for our first dish.

Also for a dish, I'd like to suggest any kind of frozen dessert. It's getting to be summer and I'd like an excuse to use my ice cream maker or to buy a popsicle mold.
