I drink them for two main reasons:
1. When I'm on a business trip and I have no guarantee the office I'm going to has decent caffeine (I've been to offices full of women or bongistanis or indians and it's only tea)
2. When I'm on the way to the gym and I didn't have time to wash my nasty gym bottle for preworkout

I usually just get red bull because I'm used to it, and it's one of the less embarrassing looking containers.

I like Redbull,original full throttle (blue agave isn't bad though) but Citrus Crunk is my absolute fucking favorite. A local convenient store chain (that is almost certainly a drug front) used to sell them for 50 cents a can... I started buying them by the pallet. Eventually they started giving them away for free by the pallet. Man, those were the best of times. Now I can't find it anywhere that isn't online for 30 to 40 bucks(not surprised). I don't really like energy drinks, but I will drink Mountain Dew Kickstarts. They're just sugar (actually, Splenda, I think) and caffeine... maybe like 150 mg of it. I can also find them for a dollar most of the time. The new flavors with coconut juice are pretty good. They come in slightly smaller cans but the same amount of caffeine. Mango/orange/peach is delicious.

I've been on a personal/autism quest to try every flavor of energy drink. My favorite recent one was pic related. I don't even like pina colada normally, but this was great. Sweet, just a little bit tangy from the pineapple, and no chemical taste. Definitely a new favorite overall.
I tried the three new Red Bull flavors and didn't like any of them.

And this is a stupid question, but does the low-carb Monster taste different than the regular? Because I haven't tried it yet but don't want to waste my money if it's as disgusting as the regular.
