Anyone know how I can make about 6 croque madams so they are all ready at once?

Do all prep and portioning first. This includes cracking eggs 3 at a time into a bowl.

Prepare all the bottom (base) hot ingredients first, and put them in a steel roasting pan as if you were plating. Put the pan on one rack in the oven at lowest possible oven temp. Pre-heat the oven. have six plates in there on the lower rack.

Fry up the 6 eggs, 3 at a time, plate the first three, then the second three, and serve. The warm plates will keep things going til the second set of eggs arrive. More than three eggs in a pan or two egg pans is too difficult to manage.

That's how I might try it. The danger, is that you'll fuck up one of the three first eggs by bursting the yolk, throwing off the entire sequence.

I'm not sure what you are asking.

To make six croque madams ready at the same time, cook them at the same time.

But I only have an easy-bake oven and mom won't let me use the big one

ok. How done is the egg supposed to be. I like my breakfast sandwiches (cheese, ham, fried egg on a bagel) to have over hard eggs. The crispy goes well with the salty greasy ham and melty cheese. This looks good, I'll make one tomorrow

A long, albeit detailed response that is the exact answer. If u only have 1 small pan and 1 spot on the stove, put the cooked ones in a preheated oven to keep the temperature consistent
