It's a fast food joint dipshit, what were you expecting?

Not OP, but sometimes I don't want to buy eight buns, a head of lettuce, a quart of oil, etc.

That said, my favorite burger IS homemade. 80/20 cooked on charcoal with a slice of cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, pickles, diced onion, and some potato chips.

What do you need the oil for? And why don't you have oil on hand always? And why not just use sliced bread that you no-doubt always have around instead of buns?

My favourite burger isn't exactly a burger: rather than a patty, I shape the mince into a sausage shape on a skewer and cook it over coals or wood. Just salt and mince. Then I eat it in homemade flatbread. Everything else is standard burger fixings: cheese, lettuce, tomato, mayo etc.

I like this one better because I make the flatbread fresh to order for the sandwich.

Oil is for french fries, and when I change the oil, I need a new bottle. Because I prefer buns.

First of all you don't even need the oil, idk what that shit is for.
Make breakfast sandwiches out of the buns. And if they start drying out before you use them all, turn it into bread pudding or french toast.
Lettuce can be used to make a -salad-, which you could eat -with the burger-.

Oh. I Jew-out when it comes to frying oil and reuse it and reuse it and reuse it until it gets too dark.
Then I use it to make roux for gumbo.

And hey, if you prefer buns, go for buns. I do, too, but not enough to go outta my way to buy'em. Last summer, I bought a bunch of buns for 25¢ per 8-pack. Weird fuckin' deal there, eh?

I don't want salad or shitty breakfast sandwiches.

Never understood the hype about Fatburger. It's not bad or anything, but there's nothing special about it, it's the same burger you find in small burger joints pretty much anywhere.

Chipotle

Good but overhyped

Big Macs were fairly pedestrian, but the sauce made it very savory and borderline addicting
