I like Frank's. It's a good solid hot sauce. Pretty much the same as all the vinegar bases like Crystal and Texas Pete. Pic related is number one in my book though. It's the only reason I step foot in the dump that is Firehouse Subs.

Crystal is an unopen bottle on my counter.

I'd use any, but I prefer to make my own. If you haven't you should try it. I usually make a paste with the peppers as well as a vinegar based sauce.

i've never seen anyone describe hotsauce as "buttery" and don't really know what that means, but. it didn't really have any sort of flavour to it.
hot sauce isn't a thing over here, to my knowledge. sriracha was everywhere before people started calling it a meme sauce, and it's the best on dumplings.
