I made some fried eggs by separating the white and yoke than I slow cooked the yoke in a pot of hot not boiling water than I fried the white separate so the yoke and white could be cooked to the done ness I like. Do you guys have any other tricks for fried eggs?

So I just tried this. Pulling it of isn't really that hard, but to get an completely yellow yolk like in OPs pick you really have to separate the two very very thoroughly.
The whole thing is done quite fast and looks pretty cool for presentation.

I can't imagine how OPs pic is made. It still looks like the yolk is completely liquid and soft. But at the same time it is completely spherical.

I also love this style. poached eggs, where the yolk is engulfed in the egg white. I know chefs use a device to cook it on so it comes out this way. I've seen it before. I havent been able to find it. I want to cook my eggs like this.
