As is the answer to all "why do/don't X-businesses Y?" questions: either it's not profitable due to lack of demand at the price at which it can be offered, it's not feasible due to intricacy or no one has tried it yet.

My assumption for this one is lack of demand.
I make pineapple teriyaki pork burgers with coleslaw, by the way. I also make it with chicken mince rather than pork mince. It's pretty good.
