It's called an english breakfast because most people would sooner pull their teeth out before eating it.

Had some sweet'n'sour black beans n rice.

untrue. You'd get your fat, piggy, beetus ridden chops around it.

Looks good.

I had scrambled eggs, bacon, baked beans and toasted some brown bread rolls I had left over.

Eatin an English breakfast is healthier than having a bowl of cereal. All that protein and the beans can count as one of your five a day.

total, glass of milk (1%), and a bananana

Pretty good try 6.5/10

>weird skinless sausages
I know Americans are impoverished sausage-wise, but I'm sure you can do better than generic 'breakfast sausage'

>egg cooked on too high a heat
Get that annoying membrane around the edge; lower the heat a little

>too many beans
Ratio is a bit off for my tastes. Also are they English style beans or sweet/bbq American ones?

>> No.6398257

>>6397672
Would eat, the butter on the bread needs to be more melted and the fried egg needs some improvement. Those beans don't look like Heinz® Baked Beans© so they better be homemade

It's pretty easy to make it a bit more healthy as well:
>grill everything rather than fry
>poach the eggs
>low fat sausages
>cut the fat off the bacon
>toast instead of fried bread
Can't help with black puddng thoough, it's delicious but sooo bad

How so? It's oatmeal, blood, and herbs/spices. That's nutritious as hell--lots of vitamins, and fiber as well.

They certainly make sure it contains less fat. But let's see:
>>6398268
>>grill everything rather than fry
Be careful not to brown things too much, you don't want to produce acrylamide which possibly causes cancer
>>poach the eggs
Okay, but you could also just boil them.
>>low fat sausages
Might contain so much carbohydrates that it doesn't make a difference. Plus additives such as flavor enhancers suck.
>>cut the fat off the bacon
Don't use bacon. Use ham or something.
Bacon is around 30% fat.
>>toast instead of fried bread
Forget about toast and eat whole grain or rye bread, preferably with a lot of seeds.

>what is saturated fat?
Typical fucking American, thinks all fat is good and calories are bad. Enjoy your heart disease and beetus.

yeah but lots of sodium and lots of satfat.

Grilling (broiling) is way better for you than frying

Fuck this, if you're gonna have a fry up then have a proper fry up. I say this at 6'0, 190 pounds.

>fry sausages and bacon together
>fry eggs in their juices afterwards
>use real butter on delicious fresh white toast
>never forget your HP brown sauce

I was genuinely wondering why you pointed out the banter, then I remembered this isn't /b/

Luckily I don't live on a council estate, although there are some shitty ones not far away from here. You got the northern part right.
