difference in foods standards, but it's too easy to find shitty chocolate that's loaded with sugar to cover up the bad taste in so many countries now because people want chocolate, but they want it cheap.

I recommend new caledonia, all the chocolate I had there was amazing, some so dark it looked black but with absolutely no bitterness, not a single gritty or soapy chocolate to be found.
