As for milk vs water, I still don't get it - milk is just water with some protein & fat in it, both of which are great for satiety. Milk seems pretty nutrient-dense, too. If you miss drinking it, I'm pretty confident you're missing out for no reason. But if you don't, whatever.

That seems extreme. And if anon can't even go 12 hours, they'd obviously need some substantial external factor to force them to go 72 hours without.

Alternatively, I'd suggest simply pacing yourself better. Even if your daily intake is only 100-200 kcal less than your expenditure you will still burn fat. It will also be more likely to succeed by virtue of being less of a burden in the meantime. Keep in mind you have to learn to eat properly for the rest of your life, not just until you land on your acceptable body metrics. The game then becomes keeping it that way. i eat a lot of simple salads. the one i had yesterday was some arrugla tossed in balsamic and olive oil with a little salt and peper, 2 poached eggs on top. simple but good. for breakfast i have some fruit and an espresso shot, for lunch i have a salad like above. for dinner i usually have some form of chicken breast with veggies. good way to keep it interesting is to try an imitate indian recipes. i've made a knock of tikka masala by marinating some chicken breast in tomato sauce seasoned with ground coriander seed, garam masala, garlic power, cumin, regular curry powder, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes. came out pretty good, but i didn't add any cream so it didn't get that richness you get from the restaurants.

for snacks i have greek yogurt mixed with grape nuts and bananas. I need to get some more protein in my diet though. I think they say you should shoot for 1gram of protein for each lb of body weight, so i'm slipping in that regard. It's hard to keep the protein at the right level without going over calories though. I use a little butter or regular olive oil, but I don't like mine too wet so only a thin coating on the pan. Small pinch of salt & lemon juice sometimes.
Made it for the folks once and explained why you use those ingredients. Mom insisted neither celery nor carrots were aromatics. She doesn't really veggibabbles. She's fat. :/

Shave, grow out the top of your hair, lift. You're not fuckable, chad talking here.

Despite what all these cu/ck/s are telling you, you're not anywhere near the point that girls will give you the time of day, especially if you live in the USA. Minus even more points if you're short.

The only way around this is to get to at least ottermode (so keep dieting), and then from there work on building up your upper body.

That would imply the world's recent extreme fatness is due entirely to exercising less. It wasn't normal to be fat in the 60's-80's, but now it is. I don't think we're THAT much more sedentary since then to explain this. It's gotta be the diet.

>> No.6395883

Except that's not really true. Malnutrition would've been rampant. And they CERTAINLY didn't have aesthetically sculpted bodies. They were function only. Besides, you only need to live roughly 15 years to reproduce, and another 15 years to raise that offspring yourself. That's much easier to keep functional for, compared to nowadays where we keep everyone on life support until they're triple that age.

"Don't drink calories" usually refers to soda or juice, since it's easy to drink glass after glass without being aware of the calories you consumed.

Milk is better that way but it's still not as filling as solid food. Milk is a superbulking liquid to support the growth of a giant animal, after all.

you seem to be implying that a vegetable/meat/fruit and nut diet wouldn't support someone into old age. why wouldn't it, as long as they got sufficient calories? meat itself as the ancestors ate it (eat the whole animal) was almost a complete food.

Jesus. Aren't you supposed to go way slower than that? I get that it depends on just how over-fat you are, so obese people can stand to lose several pounds each week, but once you clinically get below "obese" and into "overweight", shouldn't you only be losing a couple pounds per week? Something something muscle loss, something something metabolism?

Kudos for people who have that reliable and stark of a record, but I wonder if that just borders on unhealthy in a whole new way...
