Just keep in mind that a regular diet of this recipe is directly proportional to how irregular your bowel movements are.

Here goes:
For an 8x10 casserole:

~1lb ground beef (I think mine is about a pound cooked)
1 can campbell's broccoli and cheddar soup (or any "cream of" soup)
Pepperoni
Shredded cheddar cheese
Tater tots

Cook beef uncovered,
add Worcestershire and soy sauce. (1 Tbsp-ish each?), Salt+pepper+garlic or canadian steak seasoning half way through. You want the sauces to pretty much evaporate.
Drain, if necessary.
Empty pan into casserole, spread evenly.
Cover with soup.
Cover soup with pepperoni.
Cover pepperoni with cheese.
Cover cheese with tater tots.
40 minutes @ 425F
Let rest at least 10 minutes before serving otherwise it will fall apart when you try putting it on the plate.

I also make a 2lb version with 2 cans of soup for a 13x9 casserole.
