It doesn't matter if it's premixed, powder, or syrup. What IS important is the quality of the ingredients. It should have Cocoa and Sugar as the primary chocolate and sweetening agents. Anything else, (such as hershey's using High Fructose Corn Syrup) simply fails to compete on flavor.

My favorite is the bunny brand because they use quality ingredients, but just look at the ingredients and judge for yourself. I don't like the premixed because I like to make it as light or as chocolaty as I feel, so I use powder or syrup.


Like I said, the important part is the ingredients used.
