You guys got any good Saudi Arabia dish recipes?

Yemeni is the closest I have had, it was good. I'm exploring Malian food which actually is quite like Arab cuisine since they were a part of the Spice Trade.

Arabic cuisine is consists almost entirely of meat with spices. The only non-meat food I can think of is falafel and these delicious pastry sweets

I know a great Saudi Arabian dish

First, toluene is nitrated with a mixture of sulfuric and nitric acid to produce mononitrotoluene (MNT). The MNT is separated and then renitrated to dinitrotoluene or DNT. In the final step, the DNT is nitrated to trinitrotoluene or TNT using an anhydrous mixture of nitric acid and oleum. Nitric acid is consumed by the manufacturing process, but the diluted sulfuric acid can be reconcentrated and reused. Subsequent to nitration.
