we are at the point where we need to change the grease so got a box of catfish nuggets to finish it off.

Found out at home though the kind we got wasn't breaded, so had to wait till EBT refilled and we bought a bag of breading to put on them. Waiting to do it, been too lazy to have to get out the egg and all that shit to do it then fry it

They really shouldn't be hard. I would find a better place to get them or you can make your own.

The only trouble I have with them is getting the oil to the right temperature. I don't have a fryer so I just use a pan of oil. Sometimes they come out just a bit underdone in the middle.
