Realistically you could toast the bread then make a sandwich/burger.

Milk creme with coconut, mocha spread with coffee bean pieces. They're the best sweet spreads I've ever had.

Other good toppings- peanut butter and sliced banana, a fried egg, mashed avocado and goat's cheese with lots of black pepper and lemon juice, melted cheddar, marmalade, or just piping hot toast with lots of good butter.
