Biscuits and gravy are a strong contender for my favorite breakfast, but I do like a good sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit with a hashbrown or tater tots/rounds.

Forgot to say why. Probably just because I grew up in the South and they're everywhere. A lot of gas stations sell them. Go in, grab a bottle of sweet tea, get a biscuit and some potatoes, pay for gas, and then drive to work. I eat in my truck while driving. Sue me.

I live near a Bills cafe that makes a god tier country scramble. Biscuits, Gravy, Sausage, and eggs any style are all I need. I just wish more places served it.

100% agree. Biscuits with sausage gravy are a top-five God Tier breakfast.

Breakfast thread and all you can think to contribute is your fast food order.

Scrambled eggs mixed with chorizo, wrapped with hot flour tortilla. Sloppy simplicity to start my day

It's literally 3 ingredients and some spices in the gravy.
1lb Sausage
Flour
2-3cups Milk

Fry up some pork sausage crumbles until browned in a large pan.
Take out the sausage and set it aside.
Add an amount of flour roughly equal to the amount of grease in the pan. Stir to mix.
Add milk
Cook and stir until gravy thickens, add sausage and serve over biscuits.

Takes like 20-30 minutes

Forgot to say add salt + fresh ground pepper to taste.
I like a little bit of garlic and some paprika in mine as well, but those are optional.

I'm white trash so I use pop can refrigerated buttermilk biscuits. The larger sizes work better.

Homemade biscuits would be better, but recipes don't vary much between them.

seems pretty good.

This is why God invented frozen buttermilk biscuits. It's 1000x better and arguably even better than making them yourself if you're a beginner.

Looks like someone jizzed all over your bread before bro.

Where are you from, why does your cuisine revolve around semen?

Canned biscuits are acceptable but frozen are better.

Doing a low carb thing?

That looks really tasty but I need some toast with all of that stuff.

Except for the parsley. Sometimes I eat Wasa bread instead or marmalade. I bet the super big low carb meals are great for you but I can't do it on work days.

Damn, I need some biscuits and gravy now.

I don't have any breakfast sausage though. Going to try using ground beef with breakfast sausage spices for the gravy. Hopefully it turns out ok.
