Quark tastes nothing like cheese, or cream cheese. Its yoghurt.

Yeah, but it was in my cheese making book, so it's cheese to me (you are right, it's described as more akin to yogurt).

Sometimes I like my quark up, and sometimes I like it down. While I find quark strange, it has charmed me thru the years.

Since Clapistanis have no clue how to eat proper Quark, here is a list of how I eat it:

- With Linseed oil or Herring and Pellkartoffeln
- With Bananas or other fruits cut into it
- With Cocoa powder as quick snack
- mixed with müsli or other cereals
- as foundation for Harzer Roller bread with Maggi and mustard and pepper
- in Kuchen
- in Linsensuppe
- in Chili con Carne (neutralizes the acid well so I dont get any reflux)
- in Sebian Bean Soup
- as dip for Tortilla Chips
- mixed with Ketchup as a quick snack
- with green spices as flavor (chives are a favorite)

I eat at least one package of Quark a day.
