>> No.6311797

Ugh, don't even get me started on that place.

I grew up in a small town in southern Illinois, we only had a single McDonald's, and no other fast foods. The first time I went to taco bell was my freshman year of college in Chicago. I was friends with this guy, we hung out and did everything together, he even gave me massages and manicures, he even called me baby even though we never dated, weird nickname but whatever. He even gave me rides when I was dating my TA for a higher Chem 1 grade. He was really clingy but he kept on buying me stuff like a new phone and expensive dinners so I kept hanging out with him. If he didn't buy me stuff I probably wouldn't have stayed friends with him but that's besides the point.

Anyways he hears that I've never had taco bell before so he drives me to one. So he tells me to sit down and he'll order for me something good. He comes to the table with two burritos and some sauces to pick from. Anyways he knows I can't don't and won't eat spicy stuff so he said just use the mild sauce it's not spicy at all, and like an idiot I trusted him. I put a little mild sauce on my burrito and took a big bite and that's when all hell broke loose. The second it touched my tongue it started burning up and made me tear up. He didn't order a drink like an idiot because he said "i didn't think you'd think it'd be too spicy it's just mild" so I had to sit there for 30 seconds fanning my mouth while he went to buy me a drink (I don't drink un-bottled water). By the time he got back it was too late, it had already passed, but by this time my stomach started hurting, so I ran into the bathroom.

I have never experienced diarya this bead bedore in my life even when I had the flu. It felt like all of my body was shutting down. I would have called 911 if my purse wasn't still outside, and that fucking idiot didn't think to bring it to me. I tried to just get it all out of me but it kept on coming. Eventually my "friend" got the manager to unlock to door, and they found me unconscious on the toilet with poo everywhere. Later he texted me sorry I didn't think you'd have that reaction. I immediately blocked his number and ignored him. He kept trying to talk to me and apologize but eventually I had to get a campus issued restraining order against him because he kept on trying to contact me. I eventually slept with his fat gross roommate just to get back at him. I think he dropped out of school after that, idgaf

Anyways I hate that place. Does anyone have any Mexican recommendations that AREN'T too spicy? Keep in mind that I've been to Chipotle before and their mild is already too much for me. I don't know what they mix with those tomatoes but it's too much

It's a pain in the ass for them because they have no way to quickly melt cheese. IIRC they'd have to throw the bottom layer in a warmer for 10 minutes and it would back up the line if people ordered them at peak hours.

we have a quesadilla press at my chipotle, it takes ~2 minutes to get the cheese all nice and goopy. it's a little annoying during peak, but we just ask whoever it is to pay and then wait for us to let them know when their quesadilla is ready... same thing when we're slow, but we're more likely to get the quesadilla out in time before it gets too crispy or too runny. we charge burrito prices for quesaritos, but some chipotles will charge for a burrito and a quesadilla
