hungry, and need something to keep you going?
Bet you have enough to get this party started.

All you'll need is a basic baked potato. The kind and cooking method is up to you, but this is a wrapped easy microave potato. Let's go ahead and start cooking.

Likely you'll have these items on hand, so let's go ahead and get them out.
Butter (in this case papa johns garlic butter!)
Onion
Shredded Cheese
Chilli
Sour Cream

When the potato is done cooking heat up your chilli, or if you can multi-cook go for it while potato is heating up.

(sorry, this one pic came before mixing!)
*Note about mixing: Don't completely scrape the potato off the skin, just what you can easily pull off with a fork while mixing.

do you weigh like 400 lbs OP? a proper baked potato should only be served with real butter (not that melted margarine shit your using. and by dried out and disgusting your potato looks you probably microwaved it instead of baking it. to do a proper baked potato lightly coat the potato in a bit of olive oil, coarse salt, pepper, thyme, and rub the outside with a smashed garlic clove. then bake the potato in a pre-heated oven at 450F. 40 minutes and you will wind up with a potato with delicious crisp and tasty skin, and fluffy moist potato flesh. as mentioned earlier the only condiment that you should use is real butter. put any more and you won't really be able to enjoy the taste of the potato.

Home-made potato wedges all the way.
You need
>Potatoes (amount is up to you)
>Olive oil
>Assorted spices of your choice
I like basil, thyme, chili, salt, pepper and oregano
>A plastic bag
>Optional: some vegetables

Preheat your fucking oven. 200°C usually works for me.
Cut the potatoes into halves or quarters, depending on their size. Take the plastic bag and put in some olive oil, then your assorted spices. Add the potatoes, seal the bag shut and shake it well until all the potato pieces are coated in your oil-and-spice mix. Take the potatoes out of the bag and put them into the oven.

If you went for the optional veggies, you essentially do the same was with the potatoes. Use the bag from earlier, there should still be sufficient amounts of oil and spices in it. I found that Zucchini works beautifully, as well as bell pepper, but this part is up to you and your preferences. Anyway, take the veggies out of the bag and put them into the oven as well, about 10-15 minutes after the potatoes. Leave in oven for another ~10 minutes (but take care your veggies aren't reduced to carbs). When finished, the wedges should be golden on the outside with slightly darker edges, and should be deliciously soft on the inside. Serve with any dressing of your choice, I find that sour cream is usually nice, but this is also entirely up to you. Makes a nice side-dish for steak.
