>people who don't rinse their plates after a meal and leave them piled up in the sink or in the bench

There's literally no excuse aside from a natural disaster happening. You're a disgusting fuck if you do this and are most likely fat and extremely lazy.

Which is why I switched to paper plates.

But you're gonna do my dishes anyway, bitch.
Like you always do.
Now get to it. They're not gonna wash themselves.

I had a roommate once say to me "It's alright if we're a bit messy, we're just in college!"
No. How fucking old are you? Jesus Christ.

A kitchen is a common space shared by people. Not one person owns it. Why leave it a fucking mess for the next person who's going to use it?
Your time isn't more valuable than mine.

>People who use cups with dregs of milk in it as an ashtray, leave it in their room a few days/weeks, and then magically make it appear in the kitchen in its existing state without plans to clean it themselves.

It's worse when you decide on a house just because the master bedroom is downstairs so the SO can at least take their dishes to the kitchen 30 feet away, yet after living in said house for 2 years, has never happened. When you go out of town for a week or two, dishes, water bottles, fast food trash, candy trash and all oher asortment of food items are piled up on every surface of the room.

And plants have died, litter box hasn't been cleaned/changed, so the cats get to piss and shit on the tile in your toilet room and the lazy fuck sleeps on the couch because the room reeks of cat dumps.

So yeah, OP, you're truly lucky if people at least have/leave the dishes in the room they belong in.

My boyfriend does this and it's annoying as fuck. He's skinnier than me, too. He's just lazy as all hell when it comes to cleaning.

I always rinse my dishes after.

I eat my plates reasonably clean, then into the dishwasher they go. Door shut, press button, receive clean dish.

I agree with you. It takes very little effort to rinse the plates under hot water after you use them. Even if they're just stacked up afterwards until someone can be assed to put them in the dishwasher later. Saying that, you sound unreasonably mad over this.

I'm OCD so I have to wash my dishes the moment I finish eating. Don't care if someone else meant to be doing the dishes. Mine get washed and packed away the moment I get up from the table.

The very idea that my roommate finds it acceptable to leave dirty dishes standing around the room disgusts me.

OCD bro here. Same exact feels as you. And food scraps in the sink make me want to throw up. I can't stand seeing chunks of mushy, wet food that hasn't been scraped down the disposal.
