I really wish these were as common and came in as many flavors as sunflower seeds, because I'm really into the fact that you can eat the shell (no spitting shit everywhere) and they're relatively low-calorie and high-protein.

They taste good as fuck and they're not even horrible for my health.

If you nuke a handful of these for about 10 seconds, they taste like fresh French fries. They're the only potato chips I've come across that are like this.

You can get them in Iowa and nearby areas.
