I love how fat people obsess over calories in their food when food is the last thing they should be obsessing over in their lives.

>> No.6294115

I was interested until I learned about the insane runs you get from it. And apparently it smells weird. Just buy regular rice vermicelli, the calories aren't a huge difference.

>> No.6295056

I tried the spaghetti one once, also have this one in the fridge
didn't really taste like noodles, and it did smell weird

normal shirataki is 0 calories.

>> No.6295096

I use normal shirataki when making jap chae and it tastes the same. The smell goes away after washing the noodles

>> No.6295102

You're supposed to wash the noodles. It does smell weird but it takes on any flavoring you decide to use it with.

I used to eat these every day. I stopped buying them because my store raised the price on them by $.60 per packet. They never noticeably affected my shits.

Shouldn't it be the first thing they're obsessing over if their goal is to lose weight? (the second being exercise)

Where can I buy these? Looked at Amazon but I figure a local place would be cheaper.

>40 kcal
Why even bother?!?

>> No.6295343

I ate these a lot when I was on a 1,200 calorie diet. They fill you up but are not entirely pleasant tasting.

Actually people who don't obsess over their food at all are generally the fattest
The fattiest foods are the most convinient and take a lot less thought

>> No.6296480

The texture of these is completely different than vermicelli, noticeably worse. Very rubbery instead of being soft. Don't do it OP.
