Just had the Nongshim Kimchi flavor and it was good. My Walmart sells MAMA shrimp and I find it to be acceptable. I picked up a MAMA duck package at an Asian market on Tuesday, have not tried it yet.

I generally add some type of meat, usually the small frozen salad shrimp from Kroger. Usually have a small side of rice and 2-3 boiled eggs.

I love to LOVE these noodles (Sapporo Ichiban Kitsune Ramen), throw in an egg and you have a very substantial meal. Unfortunately they have been discontinued, I think it might be tsunami-related

I really like those. Not a big fan of the curry flavor.

I also really like Vietnamese/vermicelli noodle bowls. Can't really find a good pic, since I don't actually know what they're called. The package is all in Vietnamese moonrunes. I do know that they come in a white bowl, have a foldable plastic fork included that I always forget about until after I microwave them, and my favorite ones are apparently "salad flavor."

They're pretty if you discount the fact that these are meant to be "stir fry" style rather than actual noodles in broth. If I remember correctly, they even include bits of peanuts or crispy fried onions.

My dad who never reads instructions did it the ramen way and was upset with how terrible it tasted.
