Alright alright alright. This chain came to my state recently and me and some friends drove 45 minutes to get some. Really? This is it? I can see how for the price it''s a good deal but no way this beats Five Guys or Whataburger in taste or size.. It's like White Castle sliders + Big Mac + Five Guys meat. The only standout thing was that chewy bun. The fries are barely a step above Mcdonalds tier and you have to add crap on top for them to be good. The shake's were about as good as a Wendy's Frosty

> I can see how for the price it''s a good deal

so then whats the issue? where else can I get such a delicious burger for like 3 bucks and 5 minutes of waiting?

In n out is my favorite fast food burger but I wouldn't drive 45 minutes just for some.

Agree that the fries aren't the best. California native here so I've known in n out all my life, definitely the best fast food you can get around these parts. Craving a 4x4 with grilled onions right now.

Maybe once they open more stores i'll appreciate it more. It was about a 15 minute wait just to order, then we ordered a ridiculous amount because we were so hungry and it was another 15. I'm just saying after years of hearing Californians wax and moan about it I was a little let down.

Fucking kek, go fuck yourself. I've been living here for 20 years and the only people who say that are useless idiots who don't know anything about where they live.
The habit and fatburger are two places that serve better food than in n out, and there's plenty more.

In N Out is not actually good, it just came out in a time when all the local joints had been run out of business by McDonalds, BK, and Wendy's. It gained popularity because people had not had a decent burger in a long time. It is a step above those places but its not actually a good burger. Its just nostalgia that clouds the judgement of califags

the milkshakes are shit

burgers are pretty good tough.

No. This is not acceptable.
Especially not for burgers that are so fucking tiny and sad looking.

literally buys a $3 burger, complains it isn't as large as his 5 guy burger. Yea... that's not how this works. If he wanted a 4x4 he shoulda bought one.

>> No.6288980

I have one a few blocks down and it loses the "cult" appeal. But I do like it because it's close and they put some real good veggies on their burgers as opposed to mcdonalds or bk etc, and its within the price range. Plus one by me is in a mall center so its busy as fuck and everythings always hot.

Tldr not worth it unless its just in your town, not 45 mins away

I like In-N-Out if im having fun with friends and we go there late when it's packed and bustling, and maybe we're a little tipsy, but otherwise it's shit. Whataburger is so superior in every aspect

It's not very good, no. You shouldn't be surprised all the hype it has it just California smugness per usual.

This coming from someone who is in walking distance of one.

This is true.
I have lived in CA my whole life, but I only go to In-n-out maybe once a year or every 2 years. Sometimes I just want it... it makes me sick after i eat it though

>> No.6289008

I have it maybe once every month or two months whenever I'm craving fast food. It's cheap and better than shitty Jack n the Box and McDonalds or whatever the fuck else is around here. Not necessarily in taste, but it doesn't make me feel like total shit after eating it. Good fries too.

I agree it's overhyped though.

>> No.6289022

you're a fucking retard for driving out 45 mins for fast food. No wonder you didn't enjoy it you fucking twat it's not fucking disney world you stupid cunt

I always feel sorry for people that just order the standards.

In-N-Out should make their damn secret menu public already so people stop calling it boring...
