I worked with a very good chef from berlin, this guy cut his teeth in michelin star restraunts. He was probably the best chef I'd ever worked under. When I worked for him he was head chef in a 5 star hotel's restraunt, and every sunday morning he'd come into the kitchen after breakfast ended, get a big plate of sausages and smother them tomato sauce mixed with curry powder and tell me "in Germany, everyone in the country eats this at least once a week, have some, it's good for you".
