Which should i get?
electric grill? electric Griddle? Iron-cast pan? iron-cast Grill pan?

some considerations, i have a cheap electric set of hobs, I'm planning mostly on cooking meat and vegetables, im looking to spend no more than 30 units of currency

Of those choices I'd just get a normal fry pan of your choice--could be CI, steel, nonstick, stainless, whatever.

>>electric grill
for $30 it's going to be a piece of crap, not to mention it's hard to clean.

>>griddle
less flexible than a plain pan since you can use the pan in the oven if needed.

>>grill pan
these suck. Their only use is to put pretty grill marks on food. They are far less practical than a normal pan/skillet for 99% of cooking.

You can fry anything in it you can bake with it and with little maintenance if you keep it well seasoned it will be non stick and it will last you forever all the other things you asked about might last you a year or two tops
