What's for dinner, /ck/?

I made boeuf bourguignon. The meat was already chopped up on beforehand, so I would have had larger pieces if I cut it myself. Also, I don't own any wine glasses. Please rate.

Pork skins and hot sauce, with a nice vodka and coke zero cocktail or three or five or eight.

Skin was on pig carcass this morning at 5am, and it is cooked and on my plate at 7pm. No salt, no preservatives, no chemicals, cooked in lard and the most godly pork skin you shall ever eat.

Today is my nephew's birthday. We take care of him most of the time (my brother and his "wife" are pieces of shit), and so I made him his favorite breakfast, and I'm mid-process of making him his favorite cake, but he wanted to go out for lunch to his favorite sushi place, and now we all feel a little ill. So.....IDK if we're going to even have dinner, or if we're just going to have cake with trepidation.
