Is there any way I can get over this besides eating cooked onions? I can eat them cooked pretty much fine. If I keep eating raw onions will this go away? No, garlic does not affect me.

Just try introducing bits of raw onion in small amounts over a year long period. Try with red onions or sweet walla walla onions or something instead of white or brown onions.

I fucking love onions and will regularly eat raw onion whenever I'm cooking with it, which is all the damn time. I might not eat it like an apple, but it's good shit mang.
