Honestly I grew up with putting milk in tea (excluding like, herbal tea) and I've recently switched to without milk. I find that the flavour of the tea comes through in a more robust, on the nose way.

However that's just what I enjoy and obviously everybody else is welcome to add whatever they'd like to tea.
