Hot pepper powders and sauces. Stuff like Carolina Reaper and Trinidad Scorpion powders. It's much easier to find stuff like that online and there are reputable dealers.

Certain spices and things too, for instance epazote which is great in black bean soup, pain in the ass to find locally even in NYC without travelling all over the place and even then it's hit or miss, I just order it from a reputable dealer and it's a done deal.

Masa harina, all kinds of stuff.
