What are some good dishes that compliment Pico de Gallo (besides tacos)?

I'm feeling in the mood for Pico de Gallo but it's obviously not enough sustenance for me or family.

Sandwich, salads, baked with chicken maybe even just scoping it up with some chips.

Pico de Gallo is not a dish. It's a condiment, and it doesn't need "complimenting". It is a compliment to other dishes. I mean, really, do you serve it as a main course?

I enjoy it enough to make it a primary dish at least for this meal.

I love pico de gallo, or really and good salsa, and eat it excessively. You can put it on shitloads of things. Throw it on top of any protein, add it to a salad, eat it with an omelet, the obvious tacos/quesadilla/fajitas, add some black beans and grilled corn and you've got a side dish

I don't recommend putting it on a sandwich unless you're going to fucking inhale it because it will make it soggy, you can put it in a wrap though and it'll keep longer

At the restaurant I work at I've even blended it with olive oil, garlic, vinegar, and a little serrano and made a sort of mexican gazpacho. My coworkers thought it seemed goofy at first because I'm the one honkey ruining their traditional food, but everyone loved it. Stirred in some chopped jicama after pureeing for texture and served it it with some grilled shrimp, avocado, and some crostini with roasted garlic spread on it. We do it from time to time in the hotter months now, people always really seem to like it.

I will happily eat a bowl of pico de gallo all by itself.

Any mexican food but it's good on a ton of stuff. I like to put it on sandwiches and burgers a lot.

Non-mexican latino here.

I had this idea of using it on mofongo with ropa vieja made with red and green peppers and red wine sauce. It came out great.
